SESSION 1
Your Peace Index
There are things in your life that bring peace and things that steal your peace, you’ll learn:
- The 5 key life areas to evaluate.
- Your leading indicator of peace.
- How to measure your current Peace Index and how to improve it over time.
You’ll finish this module understanding what brings you peace and how to get more of it.
Session 2
70:30 Principle
Most everything you do either energizes or drains you, you’ll learn:
- How to assess everything you do.
- The best way to keep from burning out or blowing up.
- How to rebalance when needed.
You’ll finish this module with a plan to maintain the energy needed to be your best.
SESSION 3
Support Challenge Matrix

SESSION 5
Introduction to 5 Voices
Everyone has a Leadership Voice order. Knowing your voice, and the voice of those you lead, will dramatically improve your communication. In this session, you’ll learn:
- How to determine your primary leadership voice.
- The best way to lead others based on their voice order.
- What it's like to be on the other side of your voice.
You’ll finish this module with a basic understanding of the 5 Voices and how to begin using this knowledge to lead yourself and others well.
SESSION 6
CORE Process
You won't become a better leader just by watching videos and reading book. You become a better leader by having an implementation plan and following through. In this final module, you’ll learn:
- A formula for making sure you implement what you learn in a healthy and timely way.
- How to own your role in the current issues you're facing.
- The best way to make sure you make the changes you want to make.

Your 5 Circles of Influence
You are influencing people in five different areas. In this module you’ll learn:
- The importance of each area of influence.
- Why the center circle is critical to your long-term success.
- How to bring your best to all 5 circles.
You’ll finish this lesson understanding how to improve your influence in all 5 areas.
